Data Protection

Data Usage

Your images are used solely for the purpose of providing the requested processing services. We never use client images for any other purpose without explicit permission.

Note: When using the Adobe Express Embed SDK, your image data is temporarily sent to Adobe's servers for processing. Adobe's privacy policy will govern their handling of this data. PICXCALE does not store images processed via the Adobe Express Embed SDK on its own servers.

Data Retention

Processed files are stored securely for 30 days after delivery to allow for any necessary revisions. After this period, all files are permanently deleted from our systems.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or distribute your images or any associated data to third parties under any circumstances, *except* for the necessary transmission to Adobe's servers when using the Adobe Express Embed SDK for processing.

Secure Processing

All image processing is performed on secure, access-controlled systems. Our team members are trained in data protection protocols.

Service Agreement

Our services include professional image processing as described on our website. Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions and appropriate source files.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee our work and will revise any images that don't meet the agreed specifications at no additional cost. Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Copyright

Clients must own or have rights to all images submitted for processing. PICXCALE claims no ownership or copyright over processed images.

Delivery Times

Standard turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and current workload. Rush services are available for an additional fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of processed files. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Custom payment terms may be arranged for large volume clients.

Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled before processing begins for a full refund. Once processing has started, cancellations are subject to charges for work completed.
