Third-Party Data Sharing Policy
We do not share, sell, or distribute your images or any associated data with third parties under any circumstances, except when it is strictly required for processing through authorized third-party AI services. In such cases, images are securely transmitted only to the specific service providers whose technology powers certain features—currently including Adobe’s servers via the Adobe Express Embed SDK and the Nano Banana AI model. This data transfer occurs solely for processing purposes, and we do not permit these providers to use your data for any unrelated activities.

All image processing is performed on secure, access-controlled systems. Our team members are trained in data protection protocols.
Generation Policy & Guidelines
Our AI models adhere to strict safety and ethical guidelines consistent with Industry Standards (Google Safety Policies). By using PIcxcale AI Studio Pro, you agree to the following terms:
Prohibited Content
Generation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Promotion of violence, gore, or self-harm.
Hate speech or harassment based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
Sexually explicit content or nudity.
Generation of public figures for misleading purposes (Deepfakes).
Usage & Copyright
You own the commercial rights to images you generate.
We do not retain ownership of your input uploads; they are discarded after processing.
Users are responsible for the legality of their input images.
Any violation of these terms will result in an immediate ban without refund.
Terms of Service
By accessing or using PICXCALE’s services, platform, or AI Studio tools, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Service Agreement
Our services include professional image processing and AI-powered image generation tools as described on our website. Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, lawful content, and appropriate source files.
AI Studio Usage
Picxcale AI Studio allows users to generate images using artificial intelligence models. Results may vary depending on prompts, inputs, and system conditions. We do not guarantee accuracy, realism, or suitability of generated outputs for any specific purpose.
Credit System
AI Studio operates on a credit-based system. One credit is deducted for each image generation request. Credits are consumed once a generation request is processed, regardless of output quality or result.
Credit Deduction Policy
Credits will be deducted even if generated images are unsatisfactory, inaccurate, distorted, or unusable. Generation processing consumes system resources and therefore cannot be reversed or refunded.
Credit Purchases
Users may purchase credits using available payment methods such as Razorpay or other supported payment gateways. Payment transactions are securely handled by third-party providers, and PICXCALE does not store card or banking details.
No Refund Policy
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once completed, except where refunds are required under applicable law.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee our work and will revise any images that don't meet agreed specifications at no additional cost if requested within 7 days of delivery. This guarantee applies only when your images are processed by our team members and does not apply to users who generate or edit images directly using Picxcale AI Studio themselves.
Intellectual Property
Clients must own or have rights to all images submitted for processing. PICXCALE claims no ownership over user-submitted or processed images. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have proper rights to content they upload or generate.
Generated Content Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for prompts, uploads, and generated outputs. PICXCALE is not liable for how generated images are used, distributed, or interpreted.
Prohibited Use
Users may not use our platform to generate or process illegal, harmful, copyrighted, defamatory, explicit, misleading, or abusive content. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
Fair Usage Policy
Users may not attempt to exploit, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, automate, or misuse the system. Any suspicious or abusive activity may result in temporary or permanent account suspension without refund.
Third-Party Processing
Certain features may rely on third-party AI providers for processing. In such cases, data may be transmitted securely to those providers solely for processing purposes and is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Delivery Times
Estimated turnaround times for manual services may vary depending on project complexity and workload. Rush delivery options may be available for additional fees.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
Limitation of Liability
PICXCALE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including AI-generated outputs.
Modifications to Services or Pricing
We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, credit rates, or service functionality at any time. Changes will not affect credits already purchased.
Termination of Access
PICXCALE reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at its sole discretion if a violation of these terms is suspected or detected.
Cancellation Policy
Manual service projects may be cancelled before processing begins for a full refund. Once work has started, cancellations may incur charges based on completed work.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
